Maruti is made for the Hanuman mandir corner: a warm, faintly spicy fragrance rather than a sweet floral one, closer to what is burnt alongside sindoor and chola. It suits the longer Tuesday and Saturday sittings where Hanuman Chalisa or Sundarkand is read.
