1. Our Commitment
At Advik Rituals, every puja kit is prepared with devotion, purity, and care — curated by experienced pandits from Kashi. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we deliver.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds — clearly and fairly.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- ✅ You received a damaged or broken product
- ✅ You received a defective item (e.g., leaking packaging, spoiled samagri)
- ✅ You received an incorrect product (wrong kit or wrong variant)
- ✅ You received an incomplete kit (missing items without prior intimation)
We do NOT accept returns if:
- ❌ The product has been used, opened, or consumed
- ❌ The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- ❌ The issue is due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- ❌ The request is based on change of mind or personal preference
- ❌ The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless damaged or defective)
- ❌ The packaging is tampered with or seals are broken without valid reason
3. How to Raise a Return Request
If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via:

Step 2: Share the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Your registered name and phone number
- A clear photograph or video of the damaged/incorrect/defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and respond with the next steps.
Step 4: If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where available) or guide you on how to ship the item back.
⚠️ Please do not return any item without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Packaging Instructions
When sending a product back, please ensure:
- The product is packed securely in its original packaging
- All original contents, accessories, and inserts are included
- The package is clearly labelled with your Order ID and contact number
- You share the courier tracking details with our team after dispatch
Advik Rituals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if proper packaging is not followed.
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Modes:

Refund Timelines:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet)
- In some cases, bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond our processing time
- We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated
6. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement over a refund for a damaged or incorrect order:
- We will reship the correct/undamaged product at no additional cost
- Replacement orders are subject to product availability
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of spiritual and consumable products:
- 🪔 Loose samagri items (dhoop, agarbatti, kumkum, haldi, etc.)
- 🌸 Fresh flower offerings or prasad items
- 📿 Customized or personalized puja kits
- 🛍️ Items purchased during special festival sales
- 📦 Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
8. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery at the door — in such cases, once the product is returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges
For Prepaid Orders:
- If we are unable to deliver to your location, a full refund will be issued without any deduction
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:
- First, check your bank account or UPI app again
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary
- If the issue persists, write to us at support@advikrituals.com with your Order ID
- We will investigate and resolve the matter within 48 business hours
10. Exchange Policy
Currently, Advik Rituals does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Raise a return request for the original product (if eligible)
- Once refund is processed, place a fresh order for the desired product
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any unresolved dispute related to returns or refunds:
- Write to us at support@advikrituals.com with full details
- We are committed to resolving all genuine concerns within 72 business hours
- If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
