Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak festival seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Remote or pin-code restricted areas may experience longer delivery times. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas & North-East India: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
• Orders below ₹599 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹60.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. For any tracking issues, email us at advikrituals@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Festive Season & High-Demand Periods

During major festivals, orders may experience a delay of 2–3 additional business days. We recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days before your required date during peak seasons to avoid any last-minute delays.
