1. Our Shipping Promise

At Advik Rituals, we understand that your puja samagri is not just a product — it is a sacred need. Whether you are preparing for a wedding, griha pravesh, festival puja, or daily worship, we ensure your order is packed with care and delivered to your doorstep as swiftly as possible.

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our facility in Kashi (Varanasi), Uttar Pradesh, India.


2. Where We Ship

Domestic Shipping — Pan India: We deliver to all states and union territories across India including:

  • Metro cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur, Surat, and more
  • Remote and rural pin codes (subject to courier serviceability)

International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide including:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • Other countries on request — please contact us before placing an international order

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and product size.


4. Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through our packing and quality check process:

⚠️ Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

🕉️ During major festivals (Navratri, Diwali, Mahashivratri, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high order volume. We recommend ordering at least 7–10 days in advance during festive seasons.

6. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping:

International Shipping:

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination country
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • International orders may attract customs duties and import taxes as per the destination country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • 📧 An email with your tracking number and courier partner details
  • 📱 A WhatsApp message with the tracking link (if WhatsApp number is provided)

You can track your order:

  • Directly on the courier partner's website using your tracking number
  • Via the Track Your Order page on advikrituals.com
  • By contacting our support team with your Order ID

Please allow 12–24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to reflect on the courier's system.


8. Packaging Standards

At Advik Rituals, we take packaging seriously because we know the contents are sacred:

  • All puja kits are packed in sturdy, protective boxes
  • Fragile items (diyas, clay items, glass bottles) are wrapped with bubble wrap or foam padding
  • Liquid items (oils, gangajal) are sealed in leak-proof packaging
  • Every box is sealed and labeled with your Order ID and delivery address
  • We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible

Our packaging is designed to keep your samagri pure, intact, and ready for use upon arrival.


9. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

In case of a failed delivery:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times
  • You will be contacted via phone or message before each attempt
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us

If the package is returned to us:

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp
  • You may request a re-shipment (additional shipping charges will apply)
  • If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges

Please ensure your phone number and address are correct at the time of placing the order. Advik Rituals is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit:

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph or video the parcel before opening
  • Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Return Policy

Lost in Transit:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us
  • We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund

11. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note:

  • All products are declared accurately on customs forms as religious/puja items
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • We have no control over customs delays or inspections in the destination country
  • Delays due to customs are not eligible for refund of shipping charges
  • In rare cases, customs may hold or reject certain organic or herbal samagri items — we recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering

12. Special & Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (weddings, corporate gifting, temple supplies, or NRI event kits):

  • Please contact us at least 10–15 days in advance
  • Custom shipping arrangements and timelines will be discussed and confirmed before dispatch
  • Special packaging and branding options are available for bulk orders
